Cottage Rental on Salmon Trout Lake
This small cottage has western exposure and is located on a half acre lot near Bancroft. Although it is a very quiet lake, motorized vessels are allowed. The waterfront is well maintained and there are no weeds to contend with. The lot is nice and level with grass to the waterfront. The neighbour is only in view on one side. This is an excellent rental for young families!Each weekly rental will include one full tank of propane for the BBQ.
Renters are required to bring own linens (owners supply blankets and pillows), drinking water and food including condiments.
IMPORTANT POLICIES:
- Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am (unless otherwise stated in cottage description)
- Peak season (summer) rentals must be a minimum of seven days from Saturday to Saturday
