Cottage Rental Baptiste Lake Bancroft/Haliburton/Kawartha Ontario Canada

This unique cottage on Baptiste Lake is 20 minutes from Town of Bancroft and 40 minutes from Apsley. Southern orientation with beautiful views. Boathouse cottage (wet slip boathouse below with cottage above) provides excellent swimming, deep and clean, approx. 18 ft off dock (lots of diving!!!!!!) also hard sand beach with shallow entry and gradually deepening to quite deep water at the side of the cottage. Year round access on township road. Come escape the city on the deck while relaxing with a glass of wine. Privacy, great swimming and outstanding fishing are yours to have at this one of a kind cottage.

Each weekly rental will include one full tank of propane for the BBQ.
Renters are required to bring their own drinking water, condiments and linens including sheets, blankets and pillows.

Exposure: South, and because the cottage sits out in the water it gets full sun on the decks until sunset.
