This beautiful YEAR ROUND cottage is located on pretty and private Bentley Lake.
The fully enclosed in glass and screen sunroom runs the full length of the cottage for dining, relaxing, entertaining(all overlooking Bentley Lake.) The second enclosed sunroom is at the side of the cottage and houses extra sleeping for guests.

The large lot is treed and affords plenty of privacy!

Biking, Hiking, ATV trails(famous Heritage Trail), Bancroft Little Theatre, Bancroft Millineum Park(stage performances weekly)all near by!

Each weekly rental will include one full tank of propane for the BBQ.
Renters are required to bring own linens (owners supply blankets and pillows), drinking water and food including condiments.
