This large BROCK ISLAND cottage is one of the oldest on Stoney Lake, built in 1896, and is immaculate with interior charm. The large wrap around screened in porch has two dining areas for your enjoyment. Located on a 12 acre island (shared with one other cottage), it is suitable for a family that desires privacy. Sunsets are beautiful from the upper level deck.
Each weekly rental will include one full tank of propane for the BBQ. Renters are required to bring own linens (owners supply blankets and pillows), drinking water and food including condiments.

Good clean swimming, rocky shoreline, small sandy area for children to play, enter off of the ladder on the dock. Depth off the end of the dock is 5 ft. deep.
Large rocks at the shoreline provide an opportunity for kids to use their imagination playing games and spending endless time exploring, natural hard packed sand beyond the rocks , 110' frontage, Watershoes are needed. Dock approximately 40' long
The cottage has both a wade-in area and a swimming area off the dock into 6 feet of water. There are some weeds off the dock and the wading area is a mix of larger rocks and sand without weeds. There is sand in the beach area.
200' of waterfront with crystal clear water, Deck located at the water's edge with a ramp down to the dock. Deep enough at the end of the dock for diving or you can wade in at the water's edge
Lots of sand on shore, shallow access, U shaped dock, 160' frontage, cribbed shoreline,The water from the beach is very gradual. You could walk about 30 feet before it gets 4 feet deep. The water straight off the dock is about 4 feet and drops off slowly to 6-7 feet. Weeds can occur later on in the summer
15' of sand and gravel on shoreline, the rest of the frontage is natural and rocky. Small beach, shallow entry and then becomes deep. Northern exposure, 20' dock
