Beautiful new waterfront townhouse in a private 4 acre property on Anstruther Lake in the Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park; sheltered bay, mature trees, and spectacular views.Available for rental all year round! Fully heated and air-conditioned and the access road is always cleared of snow. Very close to groomed snowmobile trails and excellent cross-country ski trails.
* Just over 2 hours north-east of Toronto, 10 minutes from the town of Apsley.

Rents: Sunday to Sunday during peak summer months

May and June Rate- $925 per week
July and August Rate - $1095 per week

Each weekly rental will include one full tank of propane for the BBQ.
Renters are required to bring own beach towels. Owners supply all bedding and bath towels.
IMPORTANT POLICIES:
- Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am (unless otherwise stated in cottage description)
- Peak season (summer) rentals must be a minimum of seven days from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise stated in the cottage listing)
