NEW RENTAL THIS YEAR!!This beautiful waterfront home is situated on the shores of the Otonabee River at the mouth of Rice Lake. The deck runs across the front allowing a perfect place to sit and enjoy the sunset and a glass of wine. A 5 person hot tub is located outside on the lower level perfect for soaking away stress! Ideal location for those people who don't want to be not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city!

Each weekly rental will include one full tank of propane for the BBQ. Renters are required to bring own linens (owners supply blankets and pillows), drinking water and food including condiments.

- Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am (unless otherwise stated in cottage description)
- Peak season (summer) rentals must be a minimum of seven days from Saturday to Saturday
