This spectacular 5000 sq. ft. all-season executive cottage retreat is set on one of the most beautiful lakefront properties in all of the Kawarthas. Nestled among tall pines, the estate features southeastern exposure, and panoramic lake views. Big Bear is designed for entertaining, with 18 rooms on three levels with towering cathedral ceilings, Gourmet kitchen, complete Fitness centre, Games room with bar, Projection home theatre and an in-ground swimming pool with hot tub.Mid June - End of June $6900.00 per week
July and August - $7900.00 per week
September to Mid September - $6900.00 per week
Mid September to Mid June - $5900.00 per week
Holiday weekends - an additional $250.00
Weekends during low season - (2 nights $3250.00) (3 nights $3750.00)
Security Deposit $3000.00
