Cottage Rental Little Fairbank Lake Sudbury Ontario Northern

This modern, spacious cottage is located on a gently rolling southern-exposure point amongst mature pine trees. Come and relax and enjoy your holiday. Unwind by the lake in the large hot tub, in the furnished gazebo, or on one of the decks.

The cottage is located on Little Fairbank Lake which is connected to Fairbank Lake, one of the larger lakes in the area. Both lakes are known for their variety and abundance of fish and are spring-fed, allowing for outstanding swimming in clear water. The cottage was recently renovated and rebuilt and contains all the amenities of home. It is located approximately 35 minutes west of Sudbury, just 15 minutes off the Trans-Canada Highway. Travel time from Toronto is approximately 4.5 hours. The cottage is very bright with a large number of windows, is pet-free, smoker-free, and carpet-free.

Some of the places to visit in the area during your stay include breathtaking Killarney Provincial Park, Manitoulin Island (beautiful Georgian Bay beaches), Science North (science centre located in Sudbury), and Dynamic Earth (earth science centre located in Sudbury).

Each weekly rental will include one full tank of propane for the BBQ. Renters are required to bring own linens (owners supply blankets and pillows), drinking water and food including condiments.

Marina that rents fishing boats: Fairbank Resort (located on Fairbank Lake) 705-866-2773. Boats can be rented here and docked at the cottage. A boat launch is located across from the cottage ($10 launch fee) for guests bringing in their own boat.

Nearest town with groceries: Town of Lively (approximately 25 minutes from cottage, near intersection of Highway 17 and Highway 55)
