Come and enjoy your vacation at this one of a kind property. This cottage is nestled on a point of land with a boat launch right on the property. Extremely private with 420ft of frontage. This property is child friendly with a flat area for them to play and roam around. The children will enjoy the beach spending endless hours of building sandcastles. Enjoy a glass of wine on the wraparound deck or relax by the water in the hammock. Also, three great golf courses within a half hour drive. This lake also provides for great fishing.

Closest Hospital - Napanee - 20 minutes away

Fishing: Large and smallmouth bass, pike, trout, sunfish.

Closest Public Boat Launch - At the end of the lake on Hwy #41. Also a boat launch available on the property.

Each weekly rental will include one full tank of propane for the BBQ.
Renters are required to bring own linens (owners supply blankets and pillows) and food including condiments.

Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am (unless otherwise stated in cottage description)
Peak season (summer) rentals must be a minimum of seven days from Saturday to Saturday
